BIOREFINERY TO PRODUCE BIOFUEL

 

The project uses smart technology and advanced Green innovations to deliver benefits to multiple interests, including improved economy and a positive impact on the environment as well as align with government policies. There is an ingrained economic, social, technological, legal and environmental aspects to generate and develop a highly profitable business. The role of biofuel is not to replace fossil fuel generation or petroleum products, but to help create a balanced energy policy with the most benefit. Biodiesel is one of the several alternatives fuels designed to extend the usefulness of petroleum and longevity and cleanliness of diesel engines. The ultimate goal is to contribute to building a stronger, more self-sufficient economy. Benefit for local economies from farmers to the mining sector, energy ministry, fishing sector vehicles amongst others.

 

Most Biofuels are easy to use. Biodiesel can be used with no special vehicle modification or special fuelling equipment. It comes with lower exhaust emissions which helps to reduce the impact of global warming. Biodiesel is used at home. It helps reduce the need for foreign oil. Toxicity, biodegradability, safety and recycling less toxic than table salt, biodiesel has minimal environmental impact. with high flash point, biodiesel is safer to handle and store than petroleum diesel. When from used oils and fats, biodiesel ensure proper recycling of former waste products.

 

There are many other products like Bioethanol, Biooil and others that has a wider ramifications for the green market and economy. Biodiesel is only used as one example of the application of one of the products of the Biorefinery. One greatest advantage of biodiesel is that, it can be used in existing engines, vehicles and infrastructure with practically no changes. Biodiesel can be pumped, stored and burned just like petroleum diesel fuel and can be used pure, or in blends with petroleum diesel fuel in any proportion. Power and fuel economy using biodiesel is practically identical to petroleum diesel fuel and year round operation can be achieved by blending with diesel fuel. (ref: 2016 DOE biodiesel handling and use guidelines) All engines and vehicles can use biodiesel or biodiesel blends. Certain older vehicles built before 1993 may require replacement of fuel lines which contain natural rubber, as biodiesel can cause lines to swell or crack.

 

POWER PERFORMANCE AND ECONOMY

 

Many alternative fuels have difficulty gaining acceptance because they do not provide similar performance to their counterparts. Pure diesel and biodiesel blended with petroleum diesel fuel provide very similar horsepower, torque, and fuel mileage compared to petroleum diesel fuel.

 

WORK PLAN

 

The goal of the project is to reduce environmental hazards, promote energy sustainability, create employment and an alternative source of income for partners.

 

Some projects have single audience whiles others have multiple audience. As the project defines, this project comes with multiple benefits basically producing bio-diesel from waste (rubber and cooking oil both used and new), animal and plant waste options, energy crops or dedicated hybrids depending on feasibility studies and report on the best option or a blend of options.

 

This comes with a tremendous benefit. The cost and profit analysis is discussed onwards in subsequent pages. The intended impact of the project is basically on the advantages of biofuel over fossil fuels with its effects on both the environment and humans, engines and handling.

 

Funding this project shall be a onetime cost. Future funding of the project shall solely be from the revenue generated over the years including maintenance. The machines to be used suit the local climate and thus leaves little concern for its usage.

 

Requirement.

 

The finance companies and agencies will form a collaborative multi faceated investment funds management that will demand for bank and partnership guarantees as part of the proposal for funding.

 

There is a conditional offer of finance on the table, as well as potential accessible funding through the UK Department of International Trade and USAID and EXIM Bank.

 

The above advise the engagement of stakeholders or partners that can bring in the element of funders assurance.

 

The budget for the project is $600million. Turnaround time of 2 years and of the highest possible quality of production of biofuel.
